Day 01
Warmly welcome you to Bandaranayaka International Airport. After that, we proceed to Hikkaduwa. Hikkaduwa is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Sri Lanka. The coral sanctuary, Replete with colourful fish is quite, fascinating and you can explore these fantasies in a glass-bottomed boat or by diving. This is also better for sunbathing, snorkelling, and many other pastimes. You can enjoy and relax on the beach. And visit Moonstone Mine, Mask Museum, and Turtle Hatchery check-in at your hotel. Overnight stay in Hikkaduwa.
Day 02
After breakfast leave to Koggala Beach visit Stilt Fishing, Folk Museum, and Galle Dutch Port. Overnight Stay in Hikkaduwa.
Stilt Fishing
Stilt fishing at Kataluwa, Ahangama is a unique attraction in Sri Lanka. Fishermen can be seen fishing perched on poles firmly embedded in the sea bottom. This form of fishing has been in existence from time immemorial and practised only in this sea.
Martin Wickramasinghe Folk Museum
The house of Martin Wickramasinghe, one of the greatest novelists of Sri Lanka, has now turned to be a folk museum. Surrounded by a restored ecosystem comprising of hundreds of varieties of indigenous trees and shrubs in which birdlife abounds, this folk museum is essentially a repository of artefacts depicting the history of Sri Lankan folk culture, from ancient to modern times in order to remind the people of Sri Lankan folk culture, from ancient to modern times in order to remind the people of Sri Lanka of their living rooms. There is a number of items that are exhibited to represent the folk history of Sri Lanka. Muppet, Masks, and Folk civilization well demonstrate in this place and a superb place to grab more knowledge at once. It is something never missed by travellers.

Galle Fort
En route to hikkaduwa we visit Galle Fort. The port of Galle is a centuries-old historic port in Sri Lanka. The history of Galle dates back 14th century, it was the ancient seaport of Tar shish and King Solomon used it to draw valuables like elephants, peacocks, gemstones. Persians, Arabs, Greeks, Romans, Malays, Indians, and Chinese have also used the Galle seaport for their business activities during the 14th century. The Galle seaport has played a pivotal role in the exportation of spices especially cinnamon from Sri Lanka in early 1400 BC. In 1505 Portuguese navigators arrived in Galle Port 1505 with Lourenco de Almeida and the Dutch arrived in Galle in 1640.
Galle Fort is covering 52 hectares of land is one of the busiest places in Galle with a multi-ethnic population living within its walls. Walk around the old town and the ramparts; visit the Maritime Museum, Country Side Temple, Antique shops, Country Side Mosque, and the many hotels and restaurants around. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Indian Ocean over the fort walls.

Day 03
Early morning we will visit dolphins and whales watching, check your hotel. Relax on the beach. Overnight stay in Mirissa.
Dolphin and whales watching
Mirissa is the best place you can go for whale and dolphin watching in Sri Lanka. In the warm Indian Ocean you can see Blue whales, Bryde’s whales, sperm whales, fin whales, and killer whales occasionally, and common dolphins, bottlenose dolphins, spinner dolphins, Risso’s dolphins, and striped dolphins. And also you can see the turtles and the various fish species like bluefin tuna and flying fish. The best season for whale watching starts in November and ends in April. The morning session will start at 6.30 am and normally the total trip duration is 5.6 hours, it will depend on sea condition.

Koggala Lake
Koggala Lake together with its surrounding is one of the popular attractions in Koggala. The Lake is replete with small islands that abound with mangrove swamps and birds like herons. Among these islands is the famous island ‘Madol Duwa’Boat rides are available and you have a ride across the lake and explore these beautiful small islands in the lake and watch birds.
Day 04
After breakfast leave to Tangalle, Rakawa lagoon, Blowhole, Kalamatiya Bird Sanctuary. Check-in at your hotel. Overnight stay in Tangalle
Tangalle
Tangalle is essentially a paradise for swimmers, divers, and those who are very much into tropical beaches. It has a natural palm-fringed sea bay and a fishing harbor offering great seafood. The long sandy beaches and the coral reef are the best attractions.
Rekawa lagoon
Rekawa is essentially an eco-friendly destination with a long sandy beach and a mangrove-skirted lagoon. The lagoon together with the area around is rich in biodiversity; it holds mangrove forests, vegetation and a wide variety of wildlife and birdlife Rekawa Lagoon is a comparatively small coastal lagoon with a water surface area of 2.4 km (0.93 sq mi).
Blowhole or Hummanahaya
Hummanaya is a natural blowhole and caused when seawater rushes through a submerged cavern and is pushed upwards. The seawater flows underneath the shore and then comes out of this hole due to pressure. The water fountain created by the geological feature shoots up every couple of minutes, depending on the nature of the sea, with the spray often reaching as high as 25-30 m.

Kalametiya Bird Sanctuary
This is a haven for many species of residents as well as migrant water birds including many species of migrant ducks. The area is protected as a sanctuary by the Department of Wildlife Conservation and is 712 hectares in extent. The area is primarily covered with reed beds, water bodies, and grass fields, marshes, etc.

Day 05
After breakfast proceeds to Tissamaharamaya visiting Mulkirigala Rock Temple. Afternoon enjoys jeep safari Yala National Park. Overnight stay in Tissamaharamaya/ Yala.
Mulkirigala Rock Temple
Mulkirigala ancient Rock Temple perched on a200-meters high boulder. The temple that dates back almost 2000 years holds a large recumbent Buddha image, ancient paintings, devales, a dagoba built atop the rock.

Yala National Park
Yala National Park is the second-largest national park in Sri Lanka. Yala or Ruhunu National park is one of the best and most popular parks in the country due to its diversity and density of mammals. It consists of five blocks covering an area of 97,881 hectares. Much of the reserve is parkland, but it also contains jungle, beaches, freshwater lakes and rivers, and scrubland. The latter zone is punctuated with enormous rocky outcrops. The range of habitats gives rise to a good range of wildlife.
Yala has the world’s highest concentration of Leopards, although seeing this largely nocturnal carnivore still requires some luck. There are good numbers of Asian Elephants, crocodiles, Wild Boar, Water Buffalo, and Grey langurs amongst other large animals. The open parkland attracts birds of prey such as White-bellied Sea Eagle and the wetlands have Waders, Painted Storks, and the rare Stork. Land birds, of course, are in abundance and include Blue Faced Malkoha, Indian Peafowl, and Sri Lanka Jungle fowl, etc.

Yatala Wehera
Yatala Vehera is believed to be built by regional king Mahanaga in the 3rd century BC on the grounds which his queen delivered a son. This stupa has been identified as Mani Chethiya and Yattalaya in various historical documents. Yatala Wehera is a “Bubbulakara” (bubble shape) Dagaba. This pagoda is surrounded by an elephant wall and a lotus pond. This stupa was completely restored and a small opening has been left to observe the different phases of construction. On the ground of the stupa is a statue of Avalokeshwara Bodhisattva, a concept that originated in Mahayana Buddhism blended with the Sri Lankan culture and Theravada doctrine.
Tissa Dagoba
The most worshipped and the largest dagoba in south Sri Lanka is the Tissamaharamaya Dagoba According to ancient chronicles this dagaba has been built by king Kawanthissa who ruled Ruhuna in the 1st century BC. However, there is a belief that the dagoba was initially built by King Mahanaga in the 3rd century BC and King Kavantissa enlarged the shrine.
Day 06 & 07
After breakfast leave to Arugam Bay a World-renown surf spot, and scuba diving, snorkelling, bird watching, elephant watching, Visit Muhudu maha Viharaya, Kudumbigala monastery, and you could enjoy Pothuvil Lagoon tours.
Arugam Bay
Drive to lovely Arugam Bay, which is famed as the best surf spot in the country. It is a tiny place, with a population of a few hundred, and everything is dotted along a single road, which parallels the coast. If you are into surfing, Arugam Bay is the best destination you should go to. Nearby hotels and resorts offer facilities that you need to indulge in surfing. It is best to surf at Arugam Bay from April till October. If you’re not a surfer, there are plenty of other adventures in the surrounding hinterland.

Muhudu Maha Viharaya
There are many Lord Buddha statues with ancient ruins located in this remarkable place. There is no evidence of the king who built this place but there is a large Buddhist Monastery located with many buildings complexes. There are many ruins still remaining in a good condition. A great place to observe the history of over two thousand years. Also, there is evidence about Buddhist Monk hospitals in ancient times but due to Muslim Extremists threat, much evidence has been destroyed by them.
Pothuvil Lagoon
The best place to spend tranquillity in morning and evening with the superb natural environment. Having a great enthusiastic boat trip in this place will never forget. The lagoon is very quiet and able to sight many animals such as Elephants, Crocs, and eagles with many water birds. The giant mangroves with superb surroundings are perfect for great relaxation. Breathtaking moments make a tremendous feeling for the guests.
Kudumbigala
A Buddhist Monastery over two thousand years history. After trekking to the top of the mountain surrounding view is breathtaking. You will never forget how stunning this amazing place is. There is much archaeological evidence still remaining here. Also watching sunset and sunrise can’t be explained in words also Elephants, Deer, Crocodiles can be sight easily here.
Day 08
After breakfast, we will take you to the international airport or selected hotel. Departure to the airport that you are at end of the journey with us.
